US Shipping Policy – Cin2Shop.com

1. Shipping Options

• Domestic Standard:
  • Free for orders over $99 (contiguous U.S. only).
  • $5.95 for orders under $99.
  • Delivered in 7-21 business days via UPS/FedEx/USPS (no guaranteed delivery date).
• Domestic Two-Day:
  • $35.95 flat rate.
  • Delivers in 2 business days (excludes PO boxes, military addresses, weekends).

2. Processing Time

• Orders placed before 12 p.m. ET (Mon-Fri) ship same day if payment is verified.
• Weekend/holiday orders process the next business day.

3. Order Tracking

• Track shipments via the Shop app or carrier tracking numbers provided in confirmation emails.

4. Address Errors

• Notify us immediately for corrections. We cannot modify addresses after shipment confirmation or guarantee refunds for undeliverable packages.

5. Lost Packages

• File claims within 90 days of shipment for replacements (refunds unavailable). Requires a postal service affidavit for “marked as delivered” cases.

Changes will be posted here with the effective date.
